Bernie and Sean of Seabreeze Construction are great people running an incredible business. Professional, courteous, extremely helpful with HOA, quality workmanship, every detail discussed and agreed upon has been completed. Materials used were far better than what’s used in new houses. We had a design in mind, but found it was too expensive. They discussed alternative ideas with us and were incredibly patient as we decided what we wanted to do. Their final design saved us a considerable amount, but did not skimp on their quality. Bernie did research into our town’s building codes and assisted me with giving the HOA all the answers they required in order to approve the work. Sean’s knowledge and skills are beyond compare. He knew from the beginning what needed to be done and did it all in far less time then was agreed upon. He built a gazebo in my backyard that will probably out last the house. Thank you so much Bernie and Sean.

 

 

Bernie and Sean quickly picked up on our style during the first meeting and helped us design the perfect master bathroom. The quote was exacting and full of detail. They worked the construction schedule around a trip we had planned, were always prompt with updates, and kept us constantly informed as to the progress and any issues that arose. The final date slipped a couple days due to the granite schedule, but the cost was right on target. There was only one addendum made to the contract because we added a plumbing fixture. There were no hidden costs; everything was up front. The work was done to the highest quality. I noticed the tabs holding the glass doors in the shower were slightly misaligned, but before I could mention it to Sean he had brought the installer back in and fixed them. We are very happy with our master bath and plan to use Seabreeze in the future for other projects. Highly recommended.

Sean and Bernie genuinely care about their customers and ensure they exceed expectations. The quality of work, timeliness and service was excellent. I would consider Seabreeze for additional projects and recommend them.

I've had other companies do remodeling for me but Seabreeze Construction is the only one I'll need from here on out! I had the company do a bedroom/bath remodel. Sean and Bernie are a great team to work with; Sean's skills and commitment to quality, along with Bernie's dedication to open and consistent communication was a godsend. The daily updates and satisfaction review was refreshing as well as reassuring. They were professional,honest and courteous at all times. I highly recommend this company and will use them again and again myself!

I used Seabreeze Construction for a dining room addition to my home. Needless to say, I have been spoiled for life. They were dependable, courteous and very respectful of my property and my wishes for the project. They handled everything and I never had a worry. Communication throughout the project was great. I was apprised daily of the work planned for that day, and I had a phone call informing me when the job wrapped up for the day and the site was secured. The construction site was always left picked up and clean of debris at the end of the day. The end result is beautiful and the room looks like it was always there -– both inside and out. Sean and Bernie are delightful and you just can’t go wrong putting your project in their hands.

I live in the southeast with a rental home in Phoenix. The house suffered damage during a late summer storm that required exterior and interior repairs. Seabreeze is great to deal with. Their communication was very pro-active on a daily basis. Being an out of state owner, they sent pictures of the repairs to be made and of the step by step progress. Their estimate was very detailed and included recommendations I didn't even consider. I would use them again in a heart beat.

They consistently showed up on time and kept the job on schedule. Everything was explained clearly, and all of my questions were answered. The work was high-quality, everyone was very friendly, and the job site was kept clean.
