General Contractor, Sean P. Shields, came to Arizona in 1995 from Atlantic City, New Jersey. Sean brought with him construction experience, since 1987, from working on some of the first casinos on the Boardwalk. While a member of Carpenter Union Local 408 in Phoenix, Sean contributed his skills to projects including Chase Field (formerly Bank One Ballpark), New River Outlets, Intel’s Fab 12 and the Val Vista Water Treatment facility.

Sean took a break from construction in 1997 and opened a personal training facility. In this arena, he worked with individuals in building a personalized plan to achieve their vision of physical health and strength. He made the transition back to construction in 2004 and became a project and construction manager for an investment firm. There, he began his focus on remodeling single family homes.

Now, Sean applies his knowledge and experience in business, residential remodeling and general construction at Seabreeze Construction, LLC.
