Start to Finish Service

Seabreeze Construction works with you to develop a design for your new living space.  Our comprehensive proposal includes concept drawing of proposed space for you to consider before formal building plans are started.

We coordinate with architects, engineers, drafting professionals and surveyors who contribute the proper building plans and documentation to each project in order to obtain a building permit.  We can apply for permits on your behalf and shepardize the application through the appropriate agency for approval.

Building & Safety

Each city jurisdiction governs it's own building requirements.  We consult the appropriate agency with questions that may come to light during our initial meeting with a prospective client.  This enables us to discuss with each client specific items that need to be addressed or corrected during construction.

During construction, we meet with inspectors and keep record of each phase approval along with the final inspection and issuance of a certificate of occupancy upon completion of construction.

Zoning

As part of the initial estimate proposal process, we verify with the proper agency what the zoning requirements.  We confirm setback requirements, lot coverage restrictions and any potential need for variance. Our services will assist with or handle application for variance and representation at administrative hearing.
